Elevate your coffee experience with Malongo!

Enjoy coffee the French way at Malongo's second branch in the heart of Makati

Hello, coffee lovers and connoisseurs! We're very excited to share that Malongo Atelier Barista has launched its second branch in the Philippines, this time at the Greenbelt Hamilton Building just within the heart if Makatis Central Business District (their first outlet is in One Bonifacio, BGC)

Jeremy Hubert, Malongo's Master Barista

Priding itself in its hands-on involvement in the production process, Malongo has made its mark in the coffee industry as the world's number one organic and fair trade coffee producer.

Henri Rodriguez and Jean-Pierre Blanc of Malongo Coffee in France

The launch was attended by principals from France, Jean-Pierre Blanc, CEO of Cafes Malongo, and Henri Rodriguez, Director of Exportation and Master Barista and Training Coordinator Jeremy Hubert, who shared his expertise in finding the perfect coffee for different types of cheeses.

Given the French’s penchant and love for cheese and coffee, it only made sense for them to appear in a dish together. Even better, Malongo has created a cheese and coffee pairings menu to heighten their customer’s eating experience.

Coffee enthusiasts would be delighted to discover how much both coffee and cheese complement each other through the use of the right bean, combined with expert brewing methods and choosing the right cheese.

The cheese and coffee pairing sessions will be available in the Greenbelt Hamilton and BGC branches.

Established in 1934 as a small coffee roastery in Nice, along the French Riviera, Malongo has stayed true to its core values and roots in providing quality coffee to its drinkers. In addition, the brand has been consistent in ethically growing and sourcing its coffee from small family plantations.

Malongo has managed the perfect marriage of innovation and conserving tradition regarding their coffee. Having obtained its status as the leader in fair trade coffees and bio-coffees in 1992, Malongo has been credited with inventing vacuum-packed metal cans, single-origin coffee, and the 123 Spresso® coffee pod system.

Along with these innovations, it has been a stalwart advocate for preserving roasted coffee by adopting a roasting process consisting of slow, gradual, and traditional 20-minute methods.

Congrats to Malongo's team here in The Philippines!

More than the coffee, Malongo also offers coffee-based cocktails (YUM), pastries and even some amazing breakfast and brunch bowls to go.

Malongo Atelier Barista’s new Greenbelt Hamilton branch is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
